This role requires equal strengths in product thinking, customer empathy, data-driven decision making, and a deep understanding of modern AI capabilities and their practical application in enterprise environments.

What You Will Do

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-enabled products and capabilities
  • Translate customer challenges into intelligent product features that create measurable business outcomes
  • Identify high-value AI use cases through customer discovery, research, and market analysis
  • Collaborate with Engineering, AI, UX, Design, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Prioritise product backlogs balancing customer value, technical feasibility, business impact, and responsible AI principles
  • Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
  • Work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to integrate AI models into enterprise products
  • Measure product adoption, customer satisfaction, and AI performance using data-driven insights
  • Ensure AI capabilities align with privacy, compliance, explainability, and governance requirements
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation

What You Need to Succeed

  • 6-12 years of experience across Product Management, with strong product strategy, roadmapping, and Agile/Scrum delivery skills
  • Genuine AI product depth: Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI assistants and copilots, and prompt engineering fundamentals
  • Product analytics fluency, A/B testing, KPI definition, and SQL-backed data interpretation
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, comfortable operating across engineering, UX, and business leadership
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, or Aha!, and AI platforms including OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude
