By accessing or using the Qfyre TechLabs website (qfyre.com) or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, candidates, and others who access or use our website and services.

Description of Services

Qfyre TechLabs provides technology staffing, talent acquisition, and IT consulting services including but not limited to: contract staffing, permanent placement, contract-to-hire, managed staffing programs, MSP program support, executive search, and IT consulting and advisory services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Engagement Terms

Specific terms for each engagement (fees, timelines, guarantees, payment terms, and deliverables) are governed by separate Service Agreements or Statements of Work entered into between Qfyre TechLabs and the client organisation. In the event of conflict between these Terms of Service and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

Standard commercial terms include:

• Permanent placement fees are due within 30 days of candidate joining date
• Contract staffing invoices are raised monthly in arrears
• Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Replacement guarantees are specified in individual Service Agreements

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the FYRE™ methodology, whitepapers, research reports, blog posts, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Qfyre TechLabs and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Content downloaded for personal, non-commercial use is permitted, provided attribution is given to Qfyre TechLabs.

Confidentiality

Information shared with Qfyre TechLabs in the context of a service engagement (including role requirements, compensation data, organisational information, and candidate details) is treated as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties except as required to fulfil the engagement or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qfyre TechLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Qfyre TechLabs in the six months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise agreed in a specific Service Agreement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
