About This Role

Cybersecurity is the second-most acute talent gap in India's GCC ecosystem in 2026, with a 25-30% mid-to-senior shortfall. This role is for a security architect who can operate at the intersection of cloud platform engineering and security, building governance-as-code, embedding SAST/DAST into pipelines, and owning zero-trust network architecture across complex multi-cloud environments.

What You Will Do

  • Design and own cloud security architecture across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments, IAM, network segmentation, data protection, encryption at rest and in transit
  • Implement zero-trust architecture principles across enterprise platforms, BeyondCorp model, identity-based access, microsegmentation
  • Embed security into CI/CD pipelines, SAST (SonarQube, Semgrep), DAST (OWASP ZAP), SCA (Snyk, Dependabot), container scanning (Trivy, Aqua)
  • Own cloud security posture management (CSPM) using tools like Prisma Cloud, Wiz, or AWS Security Hub
  • Define and implement secrets management strategy, HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault at enterprise scale
  • Lead threat modelling sessions for new product and platform initiatives, STRIDE, PASTA, and Attack Trees
  • Design and enforce security governance frameworks, compliance-as-code for SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations (PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
  • Build and run vulnerability management programmes, triage, SLA definition, and remediation tracking
  • Partner with platform engineering and development teams to drive security ownership throughout the organisation

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 4+ years focused on cloud and DevSecOps
  • Deep cloud security expertise across at least two major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Zero-trust architecture design and implementation experience
  • DevSecOps toolchain integration, SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning in CI/CD pipelines
  • CSPM tools experience, Prisma Cloud, Wiz, AWS Security Hub, or equivalent
  • Secrets management and PKI experience at enterprise scale
  • Threat modelling and security architecture review capability
  • Regulatory and compliance framework knowledge, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS
  • Strong communication skills, ability to present security risk to non-technical executive audiences
