What You Will Do

  • Build scalable GenAI and LLM solutions for enterprise use cases, privacy, security, and fairness by design
  • Architect end-to-end AI pipelines from data preprocessing through model training, evaluation, and production deployment
  • Design structured AI outputs (JSON, HTML) for direct consumption by downstream dashboards and applications
  • Build extensible API integrations and low-code UI/UX solutions surfacing AI insights
  • Optimise generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency at enterprise scale
  • Develop and maintain AI pipelines across the full lifecycle
  • Establish and contribute to GenAI development best practices and standards

What You Need to Succeed

  • 6+ years overall experience with 5+ years in full-stack AI engineering
  • Production experience with AI systems in enterprise settings
  • LLM and GenAI expertise, transformers, embeddings, vector databases
  • Proficiency in Python, C#, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain
  • Strong engineering fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems
